Home Owners Association: A home owners association was established at the start of the development to ensure that the neighborhood retained its intended look and design.
WMHOA Board of Directors: A board to run the association was established in order to maintain and enforce the CC&R’s and to ensure that this remains one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the southern metro area.
The board members are Meadows Home Owners who volunteer their unpaid time.
The board is made up of the following positions:
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Landscape.
Architecture Review Committee (ARC) which consists of:
