Architecture Review Committee (ARC)

All changes to the exterior of your home or lot are to be approved in advance by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

This includes: Paint, Landscaping, Roof Replacement, Retaining Walls, Pools, Sheds, etc. Simply Put: anything that constitutes change outside of your home should have an approved plan prior to starting.

Many people ask why this has to be done. It is part of the CC&Rs of the neighborhood. When you purchased your home, by signing these, you agreed to abide by them. It is what helps our neighborhood standard continue to be the top in Wilsonville. If you are unsure if it needs to be submitted, then click here to contact our management company.

Plan submission steps are very simple:
1. Complete the ARC form (Click for editable Word format or static PDF format)
2. Obtain any required city permits (tree removal, construction, etc.)
2. Submit the completed ARC form and any approved city permits to our management company.
3. IMPORTANT: Wait until you receive approval from WMHOA before making any changes or beginning construction. Not waiting for approval can expose you to daily fines from WMHOA, the City of Wilsonville and you may be required to remove any or your changes, thus losing your valuable time and money!
