Roofing information for Wilsonville Meadows Homes

ROOFING These products are currently approved.
    a) Cedar Shakes
    b) Tiles

Several synthetic, composite, and composition roofing products are also approved.  Hip & Ridge Accessory Shingles are required with these products.

Examples of previously approved synthetic, composite or composition products are:
    c) Euroshield, Euroshake, & Euroslate
    d) Tamko – Lamarite Shake
    e) Ecostar – Seneca Shake
    d) DaVince Shake
    g) CertainTeed “Grand Manor” composition shingles (Architectural grade 2 or 3 made with “tri-lam”
        or 3 layers).  Acceptable colors include Black Pearl, Brownstone, Colonial Slate, Gatehouse Slate,
        Heirloom Silver, and Stonegate Gray. 

Other synthetic, composite, or composition (granular surfaced fiberglass asphalt) shingle products may be approved by the ARC if their design is consistent with the architectural appearance of the existing roofs in the neighborhood.  Since the predominate roof types in Wilsonville Meadows are shake and tile, alternate products proposed must have a strong horizontal line at the bottom edge of the shingle.  Standard 3 – tab shingles will not be approved.

The Homeowner is cautioned to perform due diligence in selecting a quality product.  The Homeowner is responsible for selecting, installing, and maintaining a roofing product appropriate for their home.   Approval of a roofing product by the Board and ARC does not imply an endorsement of that product.
